"I  have been fascinated by buildings and construction sites ever since I was a child, which later led to my career in the building industry.  Having worked as a project manager and site manager for more than 20 years since 1997, I have gained much experience and confidence in managing complex case scenarios and carrying out effective and cost-efficient solutions.

I established Anderson Project Management in 2003, and Anderson Building Rectifications evolved  shortly after, as there have been multiple cases of success in rectifying large commercial properties and my clients started referring me to one another.

​

Our team follow three principles when delivering projects:

 

- Quality: There is nothing more important than delivering results. Each member of the team carry their own unique set of skills and experience, so we can come together and solve the "unsolvable" problems.

- Transparency: We are 100% transparent for every dollar we charge. We explain project details in plain language to all stakeholders to make sure they understand the work we do.

- Professionalism: Apart from ensuring qualifications and certifications are obtained and safety standards are met, we communicate in a polite and professional manner and always leave the site clean.
