We were invited by the Owners Corp Manager to carry out an assessment on one apartment that has had water leaks for approx.3 yrs since it was built. The original builder claimed bankruptcy and is unable to carry out the rectification work.

We conducted a site inspection to source out where the water was coming from. A comprehensive building inspection report with solutions and costs was provided to the manager so rectifications can be carried out accordingly. We were invited again later to assess additional leaks and carry out recification work in other areas of this apartment building.
