We were invited by the building manager of this newly built 75 five-level apartment compound to carry out an assessment on water ingressing into 4 apartments at the top level, under an open garden/entertaining area. We carried out many site inspections and provided a report with the source of the leak, which is found to be within the planter box. We also included in the report the rectification solution and the estimated cost.

 

After the water leaks were rectified, we were invited to continue working with Trentwood on future defect assessment and rectifications.
