The original developer of this award-winning 20 level apartment building engaged us to co-ordinate the rectification: balconies with rusting steel balustrades and leaking tiles. We developed a safe method to access all balconies externally so as to not interfere with residents lives. Our team designed a 20 level high scaffold to carry out the rectification work.
